Introducing Callserve

Callserve: The Basics

Callserve can offer you massive price reductions in ANY phone call you make, by using a new technology called Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). VoIP has dramatically changed the way we communicate with each other, allowing you keep in contact with friends and family for a fraction of the price.

Callserve gives you these price savings with an easy to use, reliable service. You can now call anyone, anywhere, anytime for much less than you thought.

What is VoIP?

VoIP is a technology that allows you to make telephone calls using a Broadband Internet connection instead of a regular (or analogue) phone line. Callserve uses VoIP to convert your phone calls into data that passes through your high-speed Internet connection just like email. It comes out the other end just like a regular phone call. Your callers will never know that it’s any different since it sounds just like a regular phone call.

What is broadband?

Broadband is high-speed Internet access such as through a Cable or DSL modem. It gives you a continuous connection to the Internet at speeds much faster than dial-up. Using Callserve with a broadband connection will result in you experiencing high quality audio for all your calls.

Is Internet Service included when you sign up to Callserve?

Callserve does not provide Internet access but our software and service works with any Internet Service Provider.

There are no geographical restrictions, Callserve can be used from anywhere in the world to anywhere in the world.

There are no hidden charges - you only pay for the calls!

The rates listed on our website do not include VAT.

VAT (at 17.5%) is only charged on calls made from within the European Union.

Telephone calls to premium rate numbers always attract a charge with Callserve.

    How is my billing calculated?

You are charged for calls that are connected. There are no subscription or monthly charges. Each call attracts a minimum charge of 60 seconds of call-time, and then additional 60 second blocks.

An example of how this works appears below:

A call lasts 135 seconds to a destination that costs 4 cents a minute.

We need to calculate how long 135 seconds is in minutes. 135 / 60 = 2.25 minutes, which we round up to the nearest 60 seconds, so the total time = 3 minutes

    Cost = 3 minutes x 4 cents = 12 cents

VAT at 17.5% is also added to all calls originating from within the European Union.

    How do I pay?

You can purchase call-time in a number of ways, please select a payment method below to get further information:
