No. You won't be able to make calls with the same account on your Phonebox at the same time as using your Internet Telephone software. If you wish to make calls at the same time, then you will need to create a new Callserve account and to configure your Phonebox with this new account+PIN number (please refer to your Quickstart Guide instructions).
Please note that a new PIN is automatically generated when you modify your registered email address, therefore you will need to access to your Callserve account to change your new PIN to get back to the previous PIN. Your Phonebox will work straight away.
In this case, we would recommend you to disable your proxy server settings before you run the Phonebox Configurator.
1. Open Internet Explorer and click on 'Tools' / 'Internet Options' / 'Connections' / 'LAN settings'; then untick the box 'Use a proxy server for your LAN' and click on 'Ok'.
2. Run the Phonebox Configurator (hopefully it should work now and your Phonebox should be fully configured).
3. Then re-enable your proxy server settings: open again Internet Explorer and click on 'Tools' / 'Internet Options' / 'Connections' / 'LAN settings'; then tick the box 'Use a proxy server for your LAN' and click on 'Ok'.
