Can I make calls at the same time as using my Internet Telephone with the same account?

No. You won't be able to make calls with the same account on your Phonebox 2 at the same time as using your Internet Telephone software. If you wish to make calls at the same time, then you will need to create a new Callserve account and to configure your Phonebox 2 with this new account+PIN number (please refer to your Quickstart Guide instructions).

I modified my registered email address and cannot use my Phonebox 2 anymore

Please note that a new PIN is automatically generated when you modify your registered email address, therefore you will need to access to your Callserve account to change your new PIN to get back to the previous PIN. Your Phonebox 2 will work straight away.

Can I make simultaneous calls on my Phonebox 2?

Yes. You can make simultaneous calls on your Phonebox 2 by using the 'Phone1' and 'Phone2' ports. In this case you will need to create a new Callserve account and to configure your phone port 2 with this new account+PIN number (please refer to your Quickstart Guide instructions).
